Q: I can't launch the client, what to do?
A: Using a notepad open the file system.conf, which is located inside data folder. Change engine value from opengl2 to opengl1 or even software (the last option can consume more processor time and twist some in-game effects). Opengl1 is not recommended for usage on modern systems.
Q: I can't solve an IT-task, it's too difficult for me!
A: Login and use "Hint shop". If you have some achievement points, you'll be able to buy a hint to that task.
Q: I have no idea how to unlock an achievement! How're they all done?
A: We don't give any information on achievements - you can assume that achievements are peculiar easter-eggs. They're not necessary to complete when playing, they can be done only for your own pleasure. There're some hidden in-game content apart from achievements, and you'll surely find it if you arm yourself with patience!
Q: I'm playing during working hours, and here we have a HTTP-proxy server! What should I do?
